According to the score, I am in category one, which is ‘competing.’ This category highlighted individuals with hard bargaining skills and determined to make things right. It also states that individuals at this level tend to pursue their concerns regardless of other people’s feelings. In this aspect, I believe that the score indicates that I can stand up for what is right and can defend a position strongly as long as I think it is correct Democratic management style. This is important in managing as it helps in according fair judgment to clients and making them feel equal. The score is correct in overall ways and effectively matches my abilities. This is because, it is indeed true that in terms of dominating conversations, defending my position and discounting some of the opinions of others are significant attributes that are strongly exemplified by this category. Besides, the importance and value of what is right are central to this category. It is always my determination to make things right and fight for what I believe is of help to others, no matter the cost. However, it is a category that is challenging and which makes individuals falling in this score to be defensive, and it becomes difficult for persons to be straight and open-minded concerning problems facing them. The individuals in this category are also exposed to heated emotions, and conflict management becomes very challenging Democratic management style.

To improve my management style, I have two areas that I have to make improvements. These include areas such as category IV, which is ‘accommodating,’ and category V ‘avoiding.’ These are two areas I scored low marks and which indicates that as a manager, I am soft in bargaining and very kind, which is challenging while making important decisions. Besides, the score shows that I, in this category of avoiding individuals, leave well alone, and easily postpone issues. Thus, I will be pragmatic in ensuring that I improve on being time conscious and strict to the clients to ensure that they take my decision severe and that in resolve issues in real-time without postponing them. Concerning the sister act, taking leadership is a challenging thing, but when an individual knows and believes in their abilities, then it becomes easy to surpass all the challenges.
