Assessment Task 3 is an individual assessment. Although students can consult/discuss with colleagues/group members from Assessment 2 Task (If they wish), assessment task 3 is an individual task, as such; students are required to write their own essays. Specifically, students are required to choose a public/population health issue/problem and to write an essay about the selected issue/problem from a global/international health perspective.

Students are also required to comment on the content of the chosen issue/problem in relation to potential current/future challenges and any effective responses/strategy/policy to deal with the issues/problem within the global health context

Future Challenges and Effective Responses of Global Health in the 21st Century

An early preview at the beginning of the twenty-first century is an applicable provision of health challenges struck on a global platform. Majorly, the systems and all the entities which make deliver a better promotion of the health of the public, are in a position where they are challenged as problems related to health click in position.

Most of the problems at hand are inclusive of obesity as well as toxic environments in a more fundamental perspective, an uninsured growing population, and mostly health disparity. Another aspect is the confrontation of health disparities, which keep on emerging in daily trending assumptions.  The biggest problem in return becomes the issues of antimicrobial and bioterrorism which implies there is more resistant to treatment.

However, there is a major treat in the social and cultural as well as the global context of how many problems are undertaken by the international regulatory bodies for the problems presented. Scientific knowledge and genomics information, the need for solution possess a critical evaluation to be in place and a general advancement in the research techniques, to address the problem.

Health has a consideration as one of the most fundamental essential parts of the public good, and it is because many aspects will have a universal human potential for them to be carried efficiently. They are inclusive of matters such as employment, and general political participation is a turn on a track to the need to have good health (Gibbs et.al, 2014).

When one has a view of the global health, matters which are sensitive need to be addressed in a more appropriate manner as significant changes occur in the sector. The value of the health sees a welcoming investigation have a better service and prevention in the future, the society and the community, in general, has a better mode of creating a favorable condition to enable achievement in a social goal.

There is a large extension in need to solve the problem and will be inclusive of having governments taking part in the act to provide the essential tools to make it happen (Gibbs et.al, 2014). The need to have a government is the need to have an emphasis on the real intersectoral health organization in the system to not supersede all the duties of a position in an unusual manner. In this essay, an approach on the current issues in health and a possible recommendation on how to face the problems in the future.

Challenges facing global health

At first, sustainable financing is a global matter which is encroaching the sector of global health very rampantly posting a significant effect in trying to make a full achievement in global health (World Health Organization, 2014). In the global context, several countries have been on the verge to have a slight high dependence on the external support to be able to get full health services.

Most of the transition underway is the need and not the dependence of having a self-sustaining implementation of strategies based on the actual domestically generated revenues. A basic lead to this challenge in a global forum is South Africa, has the aim to make an entire section in the health sector and a feature in the universal access to have a primary healthcare.

Some countries, in general, receive a relatively nine percent less the ODA (Overseas Development Aid), in the year 2010, there is a reflective decline in the actual demand or the dependency of the aids. The economic superpowers are not an exclusion to this as they at a point must continue to receive assistance, as this happens there is a randomization in the demonstration of a different pattern in need to establish a working pattern to be able to solve this problem (Bonney, 2014).

Taking an example of China having their ODA amounting to $2.1 billion makes an actual realization of a comprehensive multilateral support. As a matter of consideration, there is a fast-growing economy which has a general dependence. On the verge of external donors to be able to make health developments, which in turn pose a challenge, on the other hand, poorest countries will have an endless struggle to manage a small area facing the same problem of having a healthy nation.

In addition to the first challenge, the other problem in place is the world wealth disorder. It is an upcoming trend in the global health future, nature which is at an edge of the economic transformation at more radical manipulation of the supra-national interests of wealth that make is an explanation to a few individuals having the tendency of having the lion’s share of the money they hold (Busse et.al, 2014).

The global health needs funds, and when an exception occurs, and it is left in a few individuals’ hand, it becomes a case of autonomy. When the control of primary sources is not an entity rather left on a single organization or rather a mere creation of how exceptional handiness’ operates. There will be a need toface bias as well as a defaulting factor which will make an underscore whose tendency is relentless about growth which is majorly a plutonomy in the economies.

The challenge in this aspect in is relatively destructive as the range of the GDP per capita and the general purchasing power of the citizen will make it hard to acquire better medical services. The globe in most instances is receiving a widening gap in the health sector and this, in turn, renders the aspect of concentrating in an oligarch percentage of 1 and a slight 0.1 percentage when in an actual population.

It is also having a contrast as the middle-class individuals tend to be given a better individual growth of economies and hence a good relation in the input of a significant amount of wealth in comparison to the classes that are on the run to catch up with the targets and goals in place (Nathan and Cars, 2015). In a different perspective, the financial management and that of the insurance are not in trade taking it is an overseas.

The resultant concept comes in as nature of divorcing the employments and thus making cooperate profits has prosperity. Wealth expansion, for the 1 percent in major stock dividends in the economic has a score of higher in the emerging trends. As the trend shifts in some common aspects, the need for public goods as well as the global governance makes a similar transformation in the already predominantly existing despairing forms.

Thesuper-rich will have an attribute of future investment in the relative tangible goods which its originality will be of having a generation of the meaningful employment and hence affect the health sector.

In a different aspect, the global health architecture when it is in comparison to its new mission possesses a challenge to the future global health. The burden which is in an in place as per the survey the largest scientific reviews which are made pose a tendency of conflicting priorities, in a demonstration of the factors which are in place there are dramatic changes in the actualization of the factsin the world population in the stabilization of the health sector (Boozary, 2015).

Most of the programs which are inclusions of the general health programs as well as the infectious diseases throughout possess an actual scrutiny in the dramatic shift in expectancy of the population.

Thus, the tragic expense of the programmers includes getting a new direction to death causes and an increase in the cases while the actual targets were the disease in a measure in controlling HIV, malaria, and tuberculosis as well as the deadly childhood diseases inclusive of vaccine-preventable infections. The architecture of the global health in the current place has a major turn on of the specific fields which are then the original pillars of solving the future challenges.

The world health organization tries to bring out the need to have a bench of expertise to be able to analyze the health services provided (Postow et.al, 2015). The need to finance the programs and provide a better expertise in the in the health management, the world bank comes in to make a provision of a different intellectual power in need to help countries come off the difference in health provision.

In this context, the public wars have been a hard to win and thus making it a hard thing to know the actual verification of the need to supply the globe with excellent medical facilities. The problem brought forward in the future is the going short of the better global health, are the different programs which should rather be of importance to most countries conflict among nations.

The other challenge is the world food supply which causes a lot of problems in managing health progress. As the real estate, as well as the stock bubbles, are in expansion, there is an actual need to have worries in the trends after that. In the final quarter of the 21st century, there is a need to find a solution to the investment. There is the hedge of funds in the speculation of the companies which make provision of the original forecast of food issues.

The UN and FAO provide a significant ground but a moment they just watch the prices go at a slight dipping alarmingly (Gibbs et.al, 2014). The food crisis makes it hard to be able to make provision of health facilities as food is also an essential aspect of the society. There is a clear notion of this as the need to have proper nutritious food will help in the provision of better health services.

Transparent access to this will be making a harmonizing long-term need in the health care; there are multiple functionalities of multiple drivers which decides to the need to have the prices of foods going high every time. Global health makes and advocating in the original conceptualization to have food come before any other needs which is health for the two are intertwined.

When there is a problem in the system, then an apparent trend to the contrary will be in the emerging. The net food demand has arisen mostly in the African countries making the provision of services hard as there is no room for sustenance. In an additional range, there are many mouths to feed which turns up to be a hectic aspect in the provision of health facilities.

In a demonstration made by the World Bank, there is a relation which is an aim to channel, the correlation between the consumption of food in the main countries which is being hindered by the increase in population. The speculation about the global health will make a finding in having the urgencies to have an influence to the major concerns in need and make the development of the needs.

In addition to the already existing problem of the food challenge, there is an actual base change in the need to inspect a random relation to the causative aspects to the problem. The global key to the community’s health is the impact of the rising temperatures in place which makes a general reduction in the rainfall. Though malaria tends to a widespread infection, it is an infection which depends on the climate which makes it an invasion of the tropical areas. Cholera vibrio will be carried with

The last challenge is found in climate ass this will tend to cover much of the aspects before. The current issues are determined by the global warming which comes in to bring actual changes in the need for food as well us making an emergence of other infections. The organisms carrying this will mostly thrive in areas where there are favorable weather conditions.

There is the relation and thus a relative comparison on the different types of plants in different areas. The actualization of different viruses found in steep concentration making it hard for one type of vaccine tolerable to the viruses. A proper recognition of how the climate is will make it a challenge in providing appropriate health care services.

Effective responses

The need to have adequate solutions to this impact will be to raise the global health funding to be able to make organizations and all the governments interest in the provision of services to save lives. However, there is a need to have a chaotic administration of unaccountably which will bring the notion of unrest (Cogan et.al, 2014).

In addressing the problem of food crises, there is the need to make an employment of many techniques in being able to provide sustainable living which is in place with making better research on the pests and disease and different types of crops thriving a place. As part of the solution, every government try and make an emphasis in having a global tribunal and organization to be able to address the problems as one.

The approach of having research centers bring out clear evidence to be able to make an accruement of the actual problem at hand. There was a high number of people who died of malaria, and the number is thrilling heights, the need to have that done in a conventional manner. There is the need to mobilize resources to come out to make controls of programs, which may bring the death toll to a staggeringly lower number due to the need to protect the population.

To make the challenges worth there is a need to provide an actual maintained in a flow of funds in the institution to make it easy in an identification of species of bacteria and pests which pose a threat in bringing problems to the population (Cogan et.al, 2014). The actual pursuit of the UHC makes a clear, definite measure to the problem; there is a need to have the shifting of the focus of the working partnership of many foci to the chronic killer diseases rather than forming a working partnership with the organizations to be can tackle food security issues.

Political mobilization is another aspect which needs to have a change as this will help make the mission of the human survival a better definition. Political unrest has many consequences while when it is in place, it is easy to have a proper provision of the need for health. A future strategy in having global health security, the aspect will make maintenance of a flat embracement of the full range of complicated situation to make a provision of a range of health consequence of reducing poverty. As well as making a threat to the health directly as a need to make an approach in undermining the urgency of the security.

In conclusion, to be able to make the future in medical provision a success there is a need to make a significant change on the aspects in a discussion, and thus this will make a basis of impaction. The actual realization can be hard due to the many challenges which make t not come to a full one indeed percent perfection in the matter, a foundation in addressing the matter will accumulate and making it better at the end (Gibbs et.al, 2014).

The need to tackle climatic condition is to adopt green living which will see less destruction of the environment as one destructive effect in one place has an emerging problem at another end.  Adoption of food provision should be well versed as food security becomes an issue in trying to solve the problem. Enhancing provision of research facilities is a major construction which will make the health of individuals monitored correctly.
