Certainly, the overall aim of good leadership and management is the provision of services to the healthcare sector in an equitable and sustainable manner. Meaning of Management in Healthcare Sector
Management entails the process of planning, organizing, and controlling with the sole purpose of achieving the intended organizational goals. In the healthcare sector, the concept of management is uniquely described since it has no collective application, but it is indicated by circumstance, that is, the guidelines, structures, and the cultural values in which it becomes practiced (Ayeleke et al., 2018). Generally, there are various approaches to management, with one such approach being the traditional or bureaucratic style to management.
